By using our service, you agree to the following:

What You Can Expect

Scoop Sentry provides recurring dog waste removal to keep your yard clean, usable, and easy to enjoy.

We show up on schedule, clean your yard using a consistent pattern so nothing gets missed, secure your gate, and leave your yard better than we found it.

Billing and Payments

Services are billed on a recurring basis.

Payment is due as agreed upon at signup.

Completed services are non-refundable.

Access to Your Yard

Gates must be unlocked on your service day, or a code, key, or access method must be provided.

If we are unable to access the yard, the visit will be skipped and is not refundable.

Weather and Winter Policy

We work through most weather, but safety comes first.

Service may be postponed if snowfall exceeds 2 inches or if conditions are unsafe.

We may cancel service if:

  • Ground is frozen solid

  • Ice or dangerous slush is present

  • A state of emergency is declared

  • There is a frostbite warning

 

Missed visits due to weather are not refunded.

 

If service is delayed, we will:

  • Perform additional cleanup on your next visit

  • Or reschedule service as soon as conditions are safe

 

If snow is covering the yard, we will remove what is visible and detectable. Some waste may be missed and will be cleared over time. Frozen waste on hard surfaces may be left until thawed to avoid property damage.

Pet Safety

We love dogs and bring treats every visit.

For safety, we will not enter the yard if a dog is loose and showing aggressive or unsafe behavior.

If needed, you can:

  • Secure your dog before service

  • Or be present during the visit

 

Missed visits due to unsafe conditions are not refundable.

Holiday Schedule

We observe the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

 

Service will resume on January 3rd or the next business day.

 

If your service day falls on a holiday, we will either reschedule or perform additional cleanup on your next visit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work.

If we miss something obvious under normal conditions, let us know and we will make it right.

This does not apply to:

  • Snow-covered yards

  • Frozen or hidden waste

Property Care

We take care to avoid damage to your property.

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues in your yard.

In some cases, frozen waste may be left in place to protect surfaces.

Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or cancel service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • The property is inaccessible

  • A pet poses a risk

  • Payment issues persist

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of our service means you agree to any updates.
